We offer space rentals at reasonable rates
to groups and individuals in the community who wish to hold events of interest
to residents of
Mount Pleasant
or that are relevant to the concerns of the community and the city at large. We
offer single room rentals on a one-time or on an ongoing basis. Please note
that advance reservations are required and cancellation fees and policies and
procedures must be followed. As a member of
ANHBC,
we expect renters to adhere to our
Mission Statement and code of ethics.
Rental Bookings and Payment
You can download an application form and fax it to 604-879-4136. Alternatively,
bookings can be made via phone at 604-879-8208 or in person at our Front Desk or by email. We will advise
you of space availability within 2 business days.
A non-refundable $25 deposit
is required for all short-term booking requests. This deposit will be credited toward rental charges. Payment can be made by cheque or cash at our Front Desk, or by
sending a cheque, bank draft, or money order to:

Please provide your mailing address if you want a receipt. Please
allow 7-10 business days for any booking cancellations or changes to avoid
additional financial charges (up to 75% of the full rental amount). A full
charge penalty will apply for cancellations if made with less than 72 hours
notice.
