Come and share your personal stories with creative expression in a supportive environment. Tell us about people, places, personal events, or social events that influenced who you are. Tell us about your first love, your comfort food, or your favorite song. There will be simple, low-skill artistic activities such as drawing, poetry-writing, dancing and singing as a way of developing a story. Bring your open mind and compassionate heart for yourself and for others.

Instructor
Nao Sasaki is a certified Expressive Arts therapist and yoga instructor, working with various populations from three-year-olds to ninety-three-year-olds, and offering holistic support for their wellbeing.
