Youth

We offer a wide range of Youth Programs and activities for youth ages 13-19, designed to support and empower young people in every way possible.

Our youth programs provide a welcoming and inclusive space where young people can connect, build community, and grow in confidence, resilience, and self-awareness. Through leadership opportunities, personal development, and fun activities such as movie nights, café meetups, hiking, kayaking, homework support, and newcomer assistance, youth can explore their interests and make meaningful connections.

We celebrate diversity, prioritize accessibility, and ensure all programs are free. Registration is encouraged, but youth are welcome to try a few sessions first. We are committed to making our programs accessible to all!

  • "One of my favorite memories from volunteering was when I first arrived in Canada two years ago. At the time, my English was poor, and I was shy about talking to others. I went to the youth space at MPNH for the first time, and I saw many people my age speaking English. I didn’t understand much, and it made me feel quiet and nervous."
