Our older adults (55+) and seniors are having a fantastic time at our FoodFit! program, cooking, learning, and staying active together!
FoodFit! is a 12-week program that brings people together to prepare healthy, delicious meals, explore new recipes, build friendships, and enjoy a fun weekly 30-minute group walk.
